The 1:8 Akuma Buggy brings large-scale off-road driving into a 505 x 365 x 220 mm format with a 4WD layout, a 2050 Kv 3-pole brushless motor and a 100A 4S drag-style ESC with cooling fan. The colour-printed body, 3-position adjustable rear spoiler and 17 mm aluminium wheel hexes give the buggy a focused racing stance before the first full-throttle pass. A 3 mm aluminium chassis plate forms the base for the drivetrain, while the aluminium motor heatsink supports cooling during hard acceleration. The steering system uses an adjustable aluminium steering plate, and the 20 kg metal-gear servo translates radio input into direct front-wheel response. Aggressive off-road tyres with foam inserts are glued in place for consistent running, and the hardened steel drive shafts connect the powertrain under load. The included 2.4 GHz RC system, 2 x 7.4 V 3800 mAh LiPo drive batteries, charger and 4 x LR06 AA transmitter batteries make the set ready to drive straight after charging. Driving time reaches 10 minutes, and the buggy weighs 3909 g. Forest tracks, compacted dirt and rough open ground suit the Akuma Buggy especially well, where the suspension travel and 4WD drivetrain can be used to carry speed through loose sections. The large 1:8 format also gives the chassis and electronics layout clear presence on the bench between charging sessions and setup checks.
