Article number: 510002801 Product: 1:48 FiatCR.42"Battle of Britain 80thA. Model Dim.: 17,3 cm Super Decals Sheet Starting from the C.R. 32 "Freccia" success proved by a great reliability and operational efficiency during the Spanish Civil War, the Italian manufacturer Fiat developed, in the late ‘30s, the new C.R. 42 "Falco". The new biplane single-seat fighter had - as its predecessor - the fixed landing gear and the open cabin but was equipped with important innovations such as the alloy and steel frame covered by canvass and metal paneling. Thanks to Its supercharged air-cooled Fiat A.74 radial engine the Fiat C.R. 42 was able to reach 400 Km / h. It had an extraordinary maneuverability, much appreciated by the Italian pilots, but suffered the "biplane" configuration limits. It was able to successful engage the Gloster Gladiators but it was soon outclassed by faster and heavily armed monoplanes as the Hawker Hurricane and the Supermarine Spitfire. Several Fiat C.R. 42, together with G.50 fighters and BR.20, CANT Z 1007 bombers has been used by the Italian Regia Aeronautica during the Battle of Britain within the "Corpo Aereo Italiano". 1:48 Hurricane Mk.II C
510002828available in stores
Article number: 510002828 Product: 1:48 Hurricane Mk.II C The Hawker Hurricane was the most common and most widely used fighter of the British Royal Air Force at the start of the Second World War. It contributed significantly to the ultimate victory of the R.A.F. during the Battle of Britain, but over the course of the war it was progressively superceded in its front-line fighter role by the much more modern Spitfire. However, the Hurricane’s role was gradually changed by the provision of very specific versions and armaments. The Hurricane Mk. IIC for example was equipped with 4 powerful 20 mm Hispano-Suiza cannons mounted in the wings with nearly 400 rounds of ammunition. The adoption of 20 mm cannons, instead of the traditional 7.7 mm machine guns, made the Hurricane extremely effective in ground attack and close support missions. Additionally, the Hurricane Mk. IIC was effectively deployed in a night fighter role. Detailed Plastic Kit

Article number: 510015766 Product: 1:56 Char B1 bis 100% NEW MOULD - CONTAINS 3 FIGURE - COLOR INSTRUCTION SHEET WWll FRENCH AND GERMAN MILITARY VEHICLE (28 mm.) - EASY ASSEMBLY FOR GAMERS AND COLLECTORS The "Char de Bataille" B1 was the main heavy tank used by the French Army during World War II. The original project was set up in the mid-1920s (many technical solutions adopted as the large tracks are derived from the First World War main tanks) but the delivery to the French Army started only in the mid-30s. Massive and robust, Char B1 was improved in "bis" version to increase its operational effectiveness. It was armed with the 47 mm gun, located in the small turret, and the 75 mm howitzer located in the hull. The tank was characterized by a strong armour able to provide a good protection. However the heavy weight negatively affected the speed (28 Km/h) and the on road and off road maneuverability . Even if it was a good tank for those times, the Char B1 bis was deployed to support the infantry Divisions and not in Tanks Divisions. Due to this it was impossible to compete against the German Panzer Divisions during the French Campaign on 1940. After the fall of France a certain number of Char B1 has been used by German Army. Most of them became platforms for flamethrowers and known as PzKpfw B1 Bis (f) flamm. Decals for 6 versions Detailed Plastic Kit of model Char B1 bis in scale 1:56

EASY ASSEMBLY FOR GAMERS AND COLLECTORS The production of Italian tanks during the Second World War was mainly focused on the "M" type. The M-13/40 was perhaps the most recognizable and widespread tank of the Italian Regio Esercito. It was characterized by its amour which consisted of riveted steel plates and its main armament, a 47 mm gun. Although superior to the Italian light tanks of the "L" series which were relegated to perform reconnaissance duties, it in turn became obsolete during the war, and was ultimately unable to match opposing enemy tanks. The self-propelled M-40 gun was also built on its chassis. Equipped with a 75 mm gun it was very effective and feared by enemy armored vehicles. The optimum operational deployment was the combination of the M-13/40 flanked by self-propelled gun units which were able to complement the limited firepower of the tanks. During the war several improvements were made on the tanks and self-propelled guns in terms of technical solutions and armaments. Detailed plastic kit in scale 1:56

In 1943, the Bf 109 entered service, while its performance was less then stellar, its worth derived from the ability to be easily modified into dedicated fighter bomber, high altitude interceptor or reconnaissance. Likewise great care was taken to make sure the G6 could fit heavy armament for attacking bombers, which were beginning to appear in force over Germany, and the shortcoming of the Fw 190’s at high altitude became increasingly apparent. Kurt Tank, the designer of the venerable Fw-190 lineup quickly realized by 1943 that the field of aerial warfare was changing rapidly. The world had moved on beyond dive bombers, and the allies had begun forming massive, four engine bomber wings that devastated. Axis ground troops and factories. At the time, Fw-190’s played similar rolls to the American P-47 Thunderbolts, serving as ground attack planes and low altitude interceptors. Detailed Plastic Kit of model

Article number: 510002819 Product: 1:48 Henschel Hs 123 During the 1930s Henschel was tasked to design and build a ground attack aircraft that could provide support to ground troops. This led to the creation of the robust Henschel Hs-123 biplane, which was supplied to flying Squadrons in 1935. The first operational deployment of the aircraft took place during the Spanish Civil War to the Condor Legion squadrons. Due to its 880 hp BMW radial engine the Hs-123 was able to reach a top speed of 340 km/h and could carry a large offensive payload. During the Second World War, despite its proven reliability, the rapid technological evolution of aircraft design, engines and performance relegated the Hs-123 to supporting roles. On the Eastern Front for example, it was used primarily in a night-time ground attack role. Detailed plastic kit

Article number: 510001452 Product: 1:72 F-51D Korean War The North American single-seat fighter P-51 Mustang is, without a doubt, one of the most famous aircraft of the history and it is considered the best fighter powered with traditional piston engine of the Second World War. The P-51 was developed very quickly and was built around the Packard V12 engine, the well-known and reliable Rolls-Royce Merlin engine manufactured under license in the United States, capable of delivering more than 1,600 HP. Thanks to its engine, the Mustang was able to reach the speed of 700 Km/h. The P-51D, the most famous and successful version, was armed with six 0.5 M2 Browning machine guns installed in the wings. The Mustang was used in all war theaters, but it best known duty was to escort bombers in raids over Europe. At the end of the Second World War the "Mustang" continued to be deployed on various operational fronts. The F-51 (a new designation adopted in 1948 where F stood for fighter) also participated in the Korean War. It continued to be a highly reliable aircraft and thanks to its extensive range, could successfully carry out operations that the most modern jet aircraft of the period were unable to perform. The Corsair obtained many outstanding aerial victories. In the Pacific Ocean theatre alone, the F4U shot down over 2,000 Japanese aircraft, with a loss of only 189 Corsairs, resulting in a kill / loss ratio which has never been equaled throughout history. This aircraft was produced for ten years, until December 1952, a fact which established the Corsair as the American aircraft to remain in production for the longest period of time after the Second World War. The F4 was also used extensively by the French Naval Aviation during the war in Indochina and the Suez campaign of 1956.

Article number: 540007523 Product: 1:72 M103A2 Heavy Tank The 65-ton M103 Heavy Tank that served with the US Army and US Marine Corps (USMC) during the height of the Cold War from 1957-1974. Its whole design was predicated on the need to counter Soviet heavy tanks, and thus it boasted a rifled 120mm M58 cannon for long-distance engagements. This gun fired a separate-loading round, which required two loaders, thus giving five men in the crew. The armor was up to 180mm thick on the front of the turret. Some 300 T43E1 tanks were built, of which 219 were later converted to M103A1 standard, and 153 rebuilt into M103A2. This cold-war new kit builds upon previous M103A1 but comes various new-tooled parts, engine deck, fender, traveling lock, search light and storage rack. The turret is also modified. It is extremely well engineered and the parts separation is cleverly handled by the design team. Modelers can now build another such big heavy tank in the small scale 1/72. Warning! Not suitable for children under 14 years.
