Italeri Lancia LC2 1:24 Racing Model Kit

The Italeri Lancia LC2 1:24 model kit brings one of the best known endurance racers of the early 1980s into a detailed build with a finished length of 20.0 cm. Its low aerodynamic body, enclosed cockpit canopy and tall rear wing give the replica the same unmistakable silhouette that made the LC2 stand out in World Sport Prototype competition. Lancia developed the LC2 for the 1983 racing season, and the subject combines Italian chassis design with a Ferrari V8 twin turbo engine prepared by Abarth. The real car used a 2,599 cm3 engine, later increased to 3,014 cm3, which gives the model strong historical context as well as visual character around the rear bodywork and intake layout. The kit is designed as an assembly build and lists 600 minutes assembly time, making it a substantial project rather than a quick snap-together. A super decals sheet adds the period racing graphics, sponsor markings, driver names and numbers needed to finish the body in authentic competition style. On the bench, the 1:24 scale gives enough presence for careful painting and decal placement while keeping the model manageable for display after completion. Color instructions guide the finishing stage, and paints are required separately.
