Italeri Italian Tanks & Semoventi brings WWII Italian armored vehicle design into 1:56 scale with a plastic assembly kit that can be built as an M13/40, M14/41, M40 or M41. The 103-part layout combines a compact footprint with visible military detail, from the bolted armor style of the M-series tanks to the casemate form used on the Semovente version, creating a finished model with a strong period silhouette. The subject matter draws on the Italian M-series vehicles used during the Second World War, including the M13/40 with its 47 mm cannon and the M40 self-propelled gun with a 75 mm howitzer mounted in a casemate. Track sections, hull panels, turret or upper fighting structure parts, and smaller fittings guide the build through the distinct shapes of tank and assault-gun variants. The kit also contains 2 figures, which can add scale reference and extra scene detail once the vehicle is placed on a base or in a display setting. Marking options extend across 4 versions, with decals covering unit insignia, tactical symbols and registration details. With about 600 minutes of assembly time, the build suits a slower bench session where fitting, painting and decal placement can be handled step by step. The finished model works well as a standalone display piece, as part of a WWII collection, or in a diorama that pairs the vehicle with terrain, structures and the included figures. Radio gear, a battery pack, a charger and paints are not part of this kit.
