Junker Ju-87G-1 Stuka Kanonenvogel Model Kit

The Junker Ju-87G-1 Stuka Kanonenvogel model kit brings one of the most recognizable WW2 aircraft types into 1:48 scale, combining the Stuka's gull wing silhouette with the tank-hunting layout that defined the Ju-87G variant. Underwing 37 mm Flak 18 cannon pods give this version its distinctive anti-armor profile and create a striking focal point once the aircraft is fully finished. This assembly kit is based on the late-war Ju-87G, developed for operations against armored vehicles on the Eastern Front after 1943. The airframe is shaped around fixed landing gear, a glazed cockpit canopy, rear defensive gun position and the characteristic wing form associated with the Stuka family. A photo-etched fret supports finer detailing on selected sections, while the super decals sheet provides markings for 4 versions. The combination of structural parts, metal detail elements and alternate markings gives the build room for careful painting and finish work across camouflage, insignia and unit codes. At 600 minutes assembly time, the project suits longer workbench sessions where fitting, surface preparation and decal application can be handled step by step. The finished aircraft works well as a display build that highlights the Ju-87G's specialized ground-attack configuration and its place in military aviation history.
