Italeri Mirage F1 C/CR Aircraft Model Kit 1:48

The Italeri Mirage F1 C/CR brings the distinctive Dassault fighter into 1:48 scale as a detailed plastic aircraft model kit. Its swept-wing layout, long pointed nose and military jet profile give the finished replica a crisp presence on a shelf, workbench or diorama setting. This kit draws on the Mirage F-1, the aircraft developed to replace the Mirage III in French service and introduced with the French Air Force at the end of 1973. Unlike the earlier delta-wing design, the Mirage F-1 used swept wings, a change that improved flight performance and manoeuvrability in the full-size aircraft and defines the shape of this replica. The box states one model and a super decals sheet for 5 versions. Those marking options cover Mirage F1C, Mirage F1CR and Mirage F1M subjects, including French Air Force schemes, a Spanish Air Force Nato Tiger Meet 2009 aircraft, and an ATAC aircraft marked at N.A.S. Miramar in March 2024. The range of liveries supports very different finishing approaches, from light blue-grey interceptor schemes to later multitone reconnaissance camouflage and special tail graphics. During painting and decaling, the serials, roundels, rescue markings and unit insignia create a more specific historical identity for the chosen aircraft. Age 14 Years+. Figure not included.
