Italeri Fw 190 A-8/F Aces Model Kit 1:72

Italeri Fw 190 A-8/F Aces is a 1:72 aircraft model kit centered on one of the most recognized Luftwaffe fighters of the Second World War. The compact scale brings the Focke-Wulf silhouette onto the workbench with a clear historical identity, making the finished aircraft easy to place in a display of wartime aviation subjects. The source aircraft entered production in 1944 as the A-8 version and used a BMW 801 D-2 twin-row 14-cylinder radial engine rated at 1,700 hp. For short periods, the injection system could raise output to over 1,900 hp, while maximum speed reached 653 km/h. The airframe was armed with 2 MG 131 machine guns and 4 20 mm MG 151 cannons, details that define the character of the variant represented here. More than 20,000 Fw 190 aircraft were produced from 1941 onward, placing this version within one of the major fighter families of the war.
