Italeri Battle-Set 1945 Fall of the Reich brings a large 1:72 scale World War II diorama into one box, centred on a laser-cut MDF Reichstag and framed by opposing Russian and German forces. With a model footprint of 68 x 30 cm, the finished scene has the presence of a display piece while still leaving room to shape troop placement, vehicle angles and artillery positions across the ruined urban setting. The set combines several distinct components rather than repeating one type of unit. Alongside the Reichstag structure, the layout includes a T-34/85 and a FlaK 37 8.8 cm gun with crew, which creates contrast between armour, artillery and infantry within the same composition. The laser-cut MDF construction gives the building crisp architectural lines that suit weathering, rubble effects and painted surface detail. Infantry figures in different roles can be arranged to suggest assault, defence or close-range street fighting, allowing the scene to be built around the final clashes in Berlin in 1945 rather than a generic battlefield. This assembly kit is suited to modellers who enjoy painting, positioning and finishing a complete historical scene instead of a single vehicle on its own. Assembly takes 600 minutes. Paints are required separately. Once completed, the set works as a shelf display, a diorama centrepiece or a starting point for further terrain detailing and historical finishing work.
