Low Loader Control TLS-SH RX IR, RC control unit

Built for detailed 1:14 truck and trailer projects, the Low Loader Control TLS-SH RX IR adds electronic control to a compatible gooseneck low-bed trailer with steerable low-loader axles. The set combines a motor control unit for the gooseneck, a servo steering control unit and an IR receiver to connect the trailer functions into one coordinated system. The infrared link transfers signals from the gooseneck to the drop-bed section, so the steering and related trailer functions can be operated across the articulated layout. Included in the set are a steering sensor, an IR receiver for the steering unit, an IR transmitter for the gooseneck, a switch cable for motor control and a 4-pin connection cable. The electronics run on 7.4 to 12V DC, the BEC provides 5V DC at 5A for the steering servo, and the motor controller is rated for 7.4 to 12V DC at 5A. Compatible light functions can also be retrofitted through the available outputs for taillights, a rotating beacon and warning signs. This control set is designed for the CARSON gooseneck low-bed trailer 500907700 and for controlling steerable low-loader axles 500907699. Age 14 Years. A transmitter is required separately: the MFC-TLS transmitter for use with a TAMIYA MFC, or the UNI-TLS transmitter for third-party systems.
