Municipal refuse trucks are among the most distinctive working vehicles on city streets, combining heavy-duty transport with tightly coordinated loading functions. This 1:20 MB Arocs garbage truck brings that theme into RC form with a fully assembled 415 x 155 x 215 mm model, a 2.4 GHz transmitter and a 100% RTR setup that puts driving and handling functions into one vehicle. The 1379 g chassis gives the truck a substantial road presence, while the 4.8 V system supports up to 30 minutes of driving time per charge. Alongside steering and drive control, the transmitter operates the loading functions directly, so collection scenes can be played out with more than simple forward and reverse movement. A small dumpster is included for themed handling play, and the combination of lighting, sound and function control gives the truck a more convincing service-vehicle rhythm. The included NiMH drive battery, USB charger and 2 x AA transmitter batteries complete the ready-to-run package. On paving, driveways or short outdoor routes, the MB Arocs can roll up to the bin, trigger the loading action and continue the route with light and sound effects active.
