This 1:14 box body conversion kit reshapes the TAMIYA Volvo FH16 timber truck 300056360 into an articulated truck with a closed cargo body. CNC-milled aluminium parts form the main box structure, while the combination of metal sections and panelled surfaces gives the finished build a purposeful commercial-truck character. A sheet steel subframe, laser cut and CNC bent, is included for mounting on the chassis and creates the structural link between the conversion and the base vehicle. The side sections use screwed plastic panels in a sandwich layout, which adds visible layering to the bodywork instead of a plain flat-sided shell.
