Due to tactical reason - the troops were at short distance to the enemy lines - artillery and air support could not be engaged. This led to the development of the "Sturm" - version of the "Tiger" heavy tank (Italeri N. 6471). Onto the heavy-duty chassis the efficient and unique 38 cm mortar was mounted, which had a short range but enormous fire power. Only few units of the Sturmtiger were built and were mainly used in 1944 on the Western Front. Detailed Plastic Kit

Article number: 510006591 Product: 1:35 AB 41 m.Bersaglieri Ital.Infanterie The AB series of armored cars were developed by Fiat-Ansaldo and used by the reconnaissance units of the Italian "Regio Esercito". Following the introduction of the first version, the AB-40, the AB-41 was built which featured a more powerful engine and was armed with the 20 mm Breda 20/65 gun. Additionally, its 8 mm Breda Mod. 38 coaxial machine gun was fitted into the turret. From a technical perspective the AB 41 armored car was four-wheel drive with two driving seats, one front and one rear. Its speed of 70 km / h and its reliability both on and off-road, made it valued by crews during routine and also advanced reconnaissance missions. Vehicle protection was afforded by riveted plate armor. The AB-41 was deployed extensively by the Regio Esercito on the North African front, and indeed on all the main fronts of the Second World War, it was also used post 1943 by both Italian and German units. It could be used both in an anti-aircraft role and against ground targets. It was similarly effective against lightly armoured vehicles such as trucks, armoured cars, and light tanks. The Breda’s ammunition could penetrate armour up to 30mm. thick. It was supplied in a variety of configurations for the Italian "Regio Esercito," which used it in a fixed position installed on trucks and reconnaissance cars, or in the extremely popular towable field version. The tripod carriage had a stable cross platform with two foldable side legs for towing operations, and two side wheels. It was used by the Italian Army on all its operational fronts during WW2.

Article number: 510006578 Product: 1:35 Dt. Pz.Kpfw. IV KwK 40L/48 The Panzer IV was deployed for the entire duration of WW2 by the Wehrmacht and benefited from frequent updates. It acquired the status of being known as the "backbone" of the Panzer Divisions on all operational fronts. The Panzer IV Ausf H which came into service from mid-1943, was improved in its offensive capability by the adoption of the 75 mm L / 48 KwK 40 cannon, which was characterized by greater penetrative capability and overall general effectiveness against enemy armoured vehicles. A technical innovation entitled Schürzen, was applied to the tank design which afforded additional sheet metal protection to the sides of the hull and around the turret. This in turn provided greater protection against enemy hits and reduced damage to the Panzer. This addition of further side protection was often linked to the use of Zimmerit, a cement-based paste that was applied to the armour. Detailed plastic kit

Fig. (5) Model Dim.: 17,1 cm CONTAINS 5 FIGURES - NEW GLUABLE RUBBER TRACKS - DECALS SHEET FOR 3 VERSIONS - COLOR INSTRUCTIONS SHEET Designed at the beginning of the Second World War, the Crusader was one of the most important British "Cruiser" tanks reaching a production of over 5,000 units. Equipped with Christie suspension with large diameter rolling wheels, the Crusader possessed remarkable driving skills on rough terrain. The first versions of Mk. I and Mk. II were armed with a 2 pdr. cannon, later replaced by the more powerful 6 pdr. cannon in the Mk.III version. Lacking adequate armor against enemy fire, it was also very vulnerable to enemy mines and anti-tank guns, and its armament was often inadequate in front of similar German vehicles. However, when used in a coordinated way, they managed to achieve good results. The Crusaders Mk. II, with the arrival of the more powerful Mk.III, were already relegated to second-line duties at the time of the battle of El Alamein. Detailed plastic kit in scale

The eff ective management of reconnaissance and radio communications between units was an essential feature of rapidly moving military operations known as "blitzkrieg". The armored car Sd.Kfz. 232 was a key component in meeting this need. The mobility of the six w heeled vehicle, both on and off road, was complemented by enhanced radio communications equipment which was equally effective over both short and long range. The armored car was fitted with a voluminous antenna frame which was then later replaced with a ve rtical antenna that ensured effective battlefield communications between commanders and troops. The turret armament provided sufficient firepower for both vehicle defence and on advanced reconnaissance missions. Detailed plastic kit in scale 1:32

Article number: 510005602 Product: 1/35 Elco 80 Torpedo Boat PRM Edition Model Dim.: 70 cm Decals for one version During the Second World War the U.S. Navy deployed a large amount of three types of motor torpedo boats: the Higgins measuring 78 feet and ELCO measuring 77 and 80 feet. Every model could be distinguished from the others, apart from by length, by configuration, weapons and various other details. The 80 foot ELCOs represented the most numerous class: they were realised in five series, for a total of about 300 examples Built in mahogany and pushed by three 1,350cv Packard 4M-2500 engines (taken to 1,500 in the latest series), these vessels easily exceeded 40 knots. The equipment and weapons were constantly updated and improved thanks to experience acquired in the field and the progressive change of role: with the progress of the conflict, in fact, the PT Boats left the original task of attacking and cutting off the traffic, taking on the role of gunships and operating in the proximity of the coast or in channels. The Italeri model reproduces the PT 596 and an 80-foot ELCO from the last batch produced.

The Panzer I tank had in fact a protection and armament capability no longer in keeping with the operational needs of the German armoured divisions. However, it had good mobility and a robust chassis which was ideal for the positioning of the anti-tank gun, which was sited behind an open steel shield. The Panzerjager I was deployed by the Wehrmacht during the invasion of France, in North Africa and in the early stages of Operation Barbarossa in 1941. It held a goodammunition supply, with over 70 rounds available for gunners. It was systematically replaced during the war bymore heavily armored tank destroyers, better equipped to deal with modern tank armor against which the 47 mm gun proved to be ineffective. Article number: 510005623 Product: 1:35 M.T.M. Barchino with crew Following its operational successes during WW1, the Italian "Regia Marina" continued with further post- war developments into various underwater and surface assault vehicles. The Motoscafo da Turismo Modificato (M.T.M.) for example, was designed to ensure a covert and rapid approach to targets with a low risk of detection from enemy forces. Closing in on the target, the pilot then adjusted the rudder to maintain direction and propelled the fast small boat on a collision course to the target. The pilot, positioned at the stern, jumped from the craft at a safe distance before the collision. The high explosive charge positioned in the bow of the Barchino detonated upon impact against the target. The most successful deployment of the ‘Barchino’ by the Italian Regio Marina, was the assault led by Luigi Faggioni on the Royal Navy heavy cruiser HMS York at Suda Bay, Crete in 1941.

Article number: 510006593 Product: 1:35 Dt. Pzkpfw.IV F1/F2/G m. DAK Fig. The Panzer IV was the most extensively used German tank during the Second World War. It represented the "backbone" of the German Panzer Divisions on all operational theaters. The production of Panzer IV Ausf. F, started in 1941, marked a decisive boost in the evolution of the tank. It featured an improved armor on the turret and hull. The first version of Panzer IV F, featuring the traditional 7.5 cm. KwK 37 short-barreled cannon, were not able to fight successfully against the Soviet T-34 and KV-1 heavy armored tank. The adoption of the anti-tank design KwK 40 long-barreled cannon, on the Ausf. F2 version, has decisively increased the Panzer IV effectiveness against enemy tanks. Thanks to its new high velocity and high penetration gun, the Panzer IV became, once again, "lethal" on the battlefields. They were used, albeit in limited numbers, with the 15th and 21st Panzer Divisions on the North African front. Detailed plastic kit

Article number: 510006569 Product: 1:35 Semovente M42 da 75/18 mm Model Dim.: 14 cm NEW MOULDS - PE SHEET - RUBBER TRACKS At the end of the 1930’s the Italian Regio Esercito (Royal Italian Army) began to deploy self-propelled artillery guns to provide support for tanks and infantry units. The ‘Semovente’ 75/18 was developed on the back of the ‘M’ series medium tank hull and soon became the most feared Italian armored vehicle. In addition to its primary artillery role, the 75mm howitzer installed in the casemate proved to be a highly effective anti-tank weapon, capable of destroying even the most powerful and heavily armored British and American tanks. As well as its formidable firepower, far superior to that of the M-13 and M-14 tanks, the ‘Semovente’ was valued for its low profile which made it difficult to locate, and also for its overall on-road/off-road performance. It was deployed by the Regio Esercito in Africa and also in a defensive role during Allied operations in Italy. Following Italy’s withdrawal from the conflict it was used in service by some German Wehrmacht anti-tank units, thereby validating its overall battle effectiveness.

Every Wermacht division has equipped with 8 88mm and 12 20mm units. General Rommel was one of the first ones to use the Flak 88 during the May 1940 France campaign in a different role compared to its original design purposes. The Flak 88 became the most famous and feared antitank cannon in force with the Axis tropes in the Second World War. During the defense of Halfaya Pass in Northern Africa, in a few minutes, a single Wermacht Flak 88 battery destroyed 11 of the 12 English tanks sent against the German’s positions. The pass became well known in-between the English tank man as Hellfire pass. The Flak 88 was in force throughout the end of the war on all fronts with its double antiaircraft and antitank role. Article number: 510015766 Product: 1:56 Char B1 bis 100% NEW MOULD - CONTAINS 3 FIGURE - COLOR INSTRUCTION SHEET WWll FRENCH AND GERMAN MILITARY VEHICLE (28 mm.) - EASY ASSEMBLY FOR GAMERS AND COLLECTORS The "Char de Bataille" B1 was the main heavy tank used by the French Army during World War II. The original project was set up in the mid-1920s (many technical solutions adopted as the large tracks are derived from the First World War main tanks) but the delivery to the French Army started only in the mid-30s. Massive and robust, Char B1 was improved in "bis" version to increase its operational effectiveness. It was armed with the 47 mm gun, located in the small turret, and the 75 mm howitzer located in the hull. The tank was characterized by a strong armour able to provide a good protection. However the heavy weight negatively affected the speed (28 Km/h) and the on road and off road maneuverability . Even if it was a good tank for those times, the Char B1 bis was deployed to support the infantry Divisions and not in Tanks Divisions. Due to this it was impossible to compete against the German Panzer Divisions during the French Campaign on 1940. After the fall of France a certain number of Char B1 has been used by German Army. Most of them became platforms for flamethrowers and known as PzKpfw B1 Bis (f) flamm. Decals for 6 versions Detailed Plastic Kit of model Char B1 bis in scale 1:56

Numéro d’article: 510015769 Produit: 1:56 Ger. Sd.

Article number: 510015768 Product: 1:56 ITALIAN TANKS / SEMOVENTI 100% NEW MOULD - THE BOX CONTAINS 1 MODEL AND 2 TANKER - COLOR INSTRUCTION SHEET WWll ITALIAN MILITARY VEHICLE - (28 mm.) EASY ASSEMBLY FOR GAMERS AND COLLECTORS The production of Italian tanks during the Second World War was mainly focused on the "M" type. The M-13/40 was perhaps the most recognizable and widespread tank of the Italian Regio Esercito. It was characterized by its amour which consisted of riveted steel plates and its main armament, a 47 mm gun. Although superior to the Italian light tanks of the "L" series which were relegated to perform reconnaissance duties, it in turn became obsolete during the war, and was ultimately unable to match opposing enemy tanks. The self-propelled M-40 gun was also built on its chassis. Equipped with a 75 mm gun it was very effective and feared by enemy armored vehicles. The optimum operational deployment was the combination of the M-13/40 flanked by self-propelled gun units which were able to complement the limited firepower of the tanks. During the war several improvements were made on the tanks and self-propelled guns in terms of technical solutions and armaments. Detailed plastic kit in scale 1:56

Willys prototype was chosen, which, after an initial run of 1500 vehicles, went into mass production at the beginning of 1941 and reached a total output of 640.000 units out of which 277.000 pieces were produced by Ford under a licensing agreement.

Article number: 510106083 Product: 1:72 95th Regiment "Green Jackets" The 95th regiment was a typical "rifle regiment" of light infantry. It was one of the first units to be equipped with the Baker rifles, remarkably more accurate than ordinary smooth bore muskets. Unlike the British line infantry who wore the traditional (and easily spotted) red coats, the regiment was equipped with dark green uniforms that can be considered an early form of "camo" uniform. They fought in loose order, like all light infantry units of the time. They took part in the campaign in the Peninsula and in the battle of Waterloo.
