1:87 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 Targa

The Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 marked one of the defining chapters of the classic 911 era, and the Targa version added its own unmistakable roofline to that shape. This Schuco model brings that familiar silhouette into 1:87 scale, giving collectors a compact way to place an iconic sports car into a display with clear period character. The small scale makes the model easy to combine with existing vehicle lineups, railway layouts or architectural scenes where proportion matters. The Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 Targa format stands out through its characteristic body shape, which sets it apart from closed-roof variants in a collection. Within a 1:87 arrangement, the model can sit naturally among other road cars, service vehicles or streetscape elements without overpowering the scene. The concise footprint also suits display areas where several subjects share one shelf or diorama. Placed on a desk, in a cabinet or as part of a wider 1:87 setup, this Schuco miniature adds a recognisable sports-car note without demanding much space. It also works well in marque-focused collections that trace different Porsche generations through scale models.
