The Scalextric ADAPTER CLASSIC-SPORT Track Converter creates a direct link between CLASSIC and SPORT track sections, opening mixed-layout circuit building with a defined 175 mm straight format. Twin lanes and integrated metal rails carry the slot car path across the join, while the molded connector ends match the two track systems at each side. This set contains 2 converter sections, which can be placed as a single transition pair or used at separate points in a larger layout. The straight profile helps when planning lane flow through longer runs, pit approaches, or return sections where older CLASSIC parts meet SPORT track. The black molded surface keeps the visual look consistent within a circuit, and the inline design makes the adapter a functional part of the track rather than a separate attachment. Connector tabs and locking points are formed into each section to join mechanically with the surrounding pieces. In use, the converter supports layouts that combine existing CLASSIC sections with newer SPORT elements instead of keeping both systems apart.
