1:12 Lancia Delta Integrale 16v Safari

Italeri presents the Lancia Delta Integrale 16v Safari as a 1:12 plastic kit shaped around one of rallying's most recognisable competition cars. The larger scale gives the bodywork, stance and event-specific setup more visual presence on the workbench, while the detailed kit format keeps the focus on the car's distinctive Safari Rally configuration. The subject comes from the Lancia Delta line that built a formidable record in world rally competition during the late 1980s and early 1990s. This version connects specifically to the Safari Rally campaigns of 1988 and 1989, when the Delta secured major victories in one of the toughest events in motorsport. The source vehicle was prepared with dedicated suspension, stronger shock absorbers and additional protective components to cope with punishing routes across African terrain. That competition context gives the model a clear technical identity beyond its road-car origins. On the bench, the 1:12 format supports a build where the rally car's shape and competition character remain central from the first stages to the finished display. The 14 years age marking places it in a range suited to more advanced model making, with enough scale to appreciate the details that define this Safari specification and its place in Lancia rally history.
