1:24 Mercedes-Benz SK1844 LS V8

The Italeri Mercedes-Benz SK1844 LS V8 brings a late-1980s long-haul tractor unit into 1:24 scale with the square-shouldered cab, prominent front grille and fifth-wheel layout that defined the SK series. As an assembly kit, it focuses on the structure and detailing of the truck itself, giving the build a clear mechanical character from the first chassis stages to the finished cab. The model is designed for ages 14 years and over and has an assembly time of 600 minutes. Inside the kit, the build is divided across multiple sprues and 7 tyres, with separate sections for the frame, wheel assemblies, cab shell, interior and exterior fittings. The cab construction adds clear window parts, grille details, mirrors, wipers and marker-light elements, while the interior uses dedicated dashboard and control details to give the driver area more depth. The included decal sheet expands the finish with 3 versions and a wide selection of markings such as Mercedes-Benz badging, 1844 and 1838 identifiers, country ovals, number plates and decorative striping. On the bench, the long frame rails and running gear create a satisfying heavy-vehicle silhouette early in the build, while the final cab panels and decals shift the focus toward period styling.
