1:72 Battle-Set Austerlitz 1805 Sokol.

Italeri Battle Set Austerlitz 1805 Sokol. brings the Battle of Austerlitz into a 1:72 scale model scene built around the fighting near Sokolnitz. As a detailed plastic kit marked 14 Years+, it focuses on the build itself while giving the finished layout a clear historical setting tied to one of the defining clashes of the Napoleonic Wars. The source material places the action on 2 December 1805 near Austerlitz, in the battle also known as the Battle of the Three Emperors. It sets Napoleon's Grande Armee against the allied forces of Tsar Alexander I of Russia and Emperor Francis II of Austria, and highlights the confrontation as the decisive moment of the War of the Third Coalition. The historical account also points to key locations such as Tellnitz, Sokolnitz, the granary, the castle and the Pratzen Heights, which gives the scene a specific military context rather than a generic battlefield theme. On the worktable, the 1:72 format keeps the composition manageable while still allowing a broad battle setting to take shape. Once assembled, the set suits display alongside other Napoleonic models or use as part of a larger historical collection centred on the 1805 campaign.
