The moving floor trailer is designed for demanding model building applications and is characterized by a robust, function-oriented design. The moving floor is made of durable rigid PVC strips and, in combination with the traveling bulkhead, enables almost complete unloading of the cargo.

Loading can be carried out either from the top (for coarse bulk materials) or via the rear door. A roll-up PVC tarpaulin is used to secure the load and protect it during transport.

The rigid frame is made of laser-cut steel (3 mm / 1 mm) and ensures high stability under load. The axle suspension has been structurally revised and optionally allows a ride height increase of +8 mm. The wheel sets consist of ball-bearing-mounted, wide chrome rims with wide tires to optimize running performance.

Functional details such as the heavy-duty steel underrun protection (on both sides), a steel bumper with 7-chamber rear lights, and a fold-down protective guard for the rear lights during unloading increase operational safety. The rear door is locked using sturdy locking bars and features aluminum hinges with an opening angle of 270°.

The side and interior panels are designed in a bolted sandwich construction. The equipment is complemented by manually adjustable aluminum support legs, semi-circular fenders with splash guards, an operating platform with metal ladders and grab handles, as well as a sturdy steel spare wheel holder including a spare wheel.
