This set includes all components required to convert a trailer axle with a dummy air suspension into a functional lift axle. The lifting is performed by a powerful digital servo, raising the axle by approximately 6 mm and thus enabling a realistic lifting system.

Scope of delivery: Aluminum servo mount and servo horn, new mounting brackets, air bellows and mounts, steel lift mechanism, mounting hardware, assembly instructions.

Suitable servo (min. 10 kg torque):
500502051 Servo CS-10 Digital Std. size JR/MG/WP/0.17
or a comparable servo with dimensions 40 × 20 × 38 mm

Compatible with the following models:
500907235 Fliegl Megarunner, 500907629 Stake trailer III,
500907650 Flatbed trailer III, 500907730 Trailer chassis III,
500907740 Building materials trailer III, 500907792 Box trailer III,
as well as all 2nd generation trailers.
Installation in tipper models is not possible.
